　　新加坡“居者有其屋”计划 
　　1.建国初“屋荒”催生“居者有其屋”计划 
　　新加坡在1959年完全自治时，面临严峻的“屋荒”，恶劣的住房问题导致了社会严重不稳定。新加坡政府将解决住房问题作为一项基本国策，提出了“居者有其屋”的口号。
